Terms of Service

On the arrival day, apartments will be at the disposal of our guest from 4 pm. For the check-in we need an identity card.

On the departure day we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment and give us the key by 10 am.

Booking conditions
We require a deposit of half the rental cost to confirm the booking. The booking will be considered definitive after the deposit has been lodged in the following bank account:

Cancellation terms
A cancellation is never nice but can happen to anyone. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, these are our cancellation terms:

  • 3 months or more before the arrival date: we withhold 10% of the total rental cost
  • between 2 and 3 months before the arrival date: we withhold 30% of the total rental cost
  • from 2 months to 3 days before the arrival date: we withhold the full deposit (50% of the total rental cost)
  • in the last 3 days before the arrival date: the guest must pay the 70% of the total rental cost

In case of postponed arrival or early departure, the full agreed amount must still be paid.

The deposit will be paid at the moment of booking through bank transfer to the specified bank account while the rest of the amount and the final clean will be paid by cash on arrival.

Short stays
For stays under 3 nights, we will apply a supplementary charge of 20%. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Children under 3 years stay free.

Pets allowed subject to prior agreement. We take the liberty of applying a supplementary charge of 20.00€ for the final clean.

Restaurant agreement
Our guests receive 5% off dinner in the Hotel Rose Wenzer Restaurant located in the village centre. Don't hesitate to ask for further information during your stay.
