Terms of Service
Arrival
On the arrival day, apartments will be at the disposal of our guest from 4 pm. For the check-in we need an identity card.
Departure
On the departure day we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment and give us the key by 10 am.
Booking conditions
We require a deposit of 30% from the rental cost to confirm the booking. The booking will be considered definitive after the deposit has been lodged in the following bank account:

Cancellation terms
A cancellation is never nice but can happen to anyone. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, these are our cancellation terms:
- from 2 weeks before the arrival date: the 70% of the total rental cost will be charged
- in the last 4 days before the arrival date: the guest must pay the 100% of the total rental cost
In case of postponed arrival or early departure, the full agreed amount must still be paid.

Payment
The deposit will be paid at the moment of booking through bank transfer to the specified bank account while the rest of the amount and the final clean will be paid by cash or bancomat on arrival.
Short stays
For stays under 3 nights, we will apply a supplementary charge of 20%. Minimum stay 2 nights.
Children
Children under 3 years stay free.
Pets
Pets allowed subject to prior agreement. We take the liberty of applying a supplementary charge of 30.00 € for the final clean.
Restaurant agreement
Our guests receive 5% off dinner in the Hotel Rose Wenzer Restaurant located in the village centre. Don't hesitate to ask for further information during your stay.
