Clarification in accordance with art. 13 of law no. 196/2003

To whom it might concern,
Law no. 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Law) protects people and other subjects in the processing of personal data.

We handle your data in accordance with the Italian privacy law. With regard to art. 13 of law no. 196/2003 we would like to inform you:

1. Your personal data will be used for the following purpose: correspondence.
2. The processing of data will take place in the following ways: e-mail and regular mail.
3. The transmission of data occurs on a voluntary/obligatory basis (if obligatory state reason). The refusal to transmit data from your side has no consequences/has consequences with regard to the fulfilling or part fulfilment of the contract / the continuing of the business relationship.
4. Your data will not be transmitted or distributed to third parties.
5. Manager of data processing is Mr. Helmut Kritzinger.
6. Responsible for the processing of data is Mr. Helmut Kritzinger.
7. In accordance with art. 7 of law 196/2003 you have the right to assert your rights towards the manager of data processing at any time. Following, is article no. 7 of law 196/2003 in its entirety. :

Law no. 196/2003, art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The person in question is entitled to be informed about the fact, whether personal data is available, even if this data has not yet been saved. Furthermore, the person has the right, that this data be transferred to them in an understandable way.

2. The person in question has the right to be informed about
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purpose and method of processing;
c) the system used, if the data is processed electronically;
d) the most important data in order to identify the holder of rights, the persons responsible and the name of the representative in accordance with art. no. 5 paragraph 2.
e) the persons or category of persons, to whom personal data may be transmitted or to whom data may be transmitted due to their role as representatives for the country, as person responsible or as agent.

3. The person in question is entitled
f) to request the updating, correcting or, if interested, the completion of data;
g) to request the deletion, anonymisation or locking of iniquitously processed data; this also applies to data, which is not necessarily required to be archived for the purpose, for which they were transmitted or processed at a later stage.
h) to receive confirmation, that the people who receive or process this data, have been informed about the processes described under letters a) and b), also with regard to their content, in so far as this is not impossible or if the effort were indefensible compared with the protected right in question.

4. The person in question is entitled, in part or fully, to refuse
a) the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons, even if this data corresponds to the purpose of their collection;
b) the processing of personal data, if the processing occurs for the purpose of sending advertising material or for the purpose of direct sales, for market research or opinion polls or in order to obtain trade information.
